When a user submits information for listing, verification, funding, investment interest, exhibitions or promotion, Ntuthuko Biz may process that information for the related platform workflow.

Listing processing includes reviewing submitted details, creating public profiles, categorising businesses, showing badges, enabling contact buttons and supporting search filters.

Verification processing may include checking submitted documents and information to decide whether internal Ntuthuko Biz trust badges should be displayed.

Funding and investor workflows may require additional review of business information, opportunity details, investor preferences and due diligence requests.

Uploaded documents should be handled as controlled information, not public listing content, unless a user agrees that selected information may be published.

Investor information may be used to assess suitability for opportunity notifications, manage requests, record interest and facilitate introductions where appropriate.

Contact-form and enquiry information may be used to respond, create follow-up tasks, route requests internally and maintain business records.

Users should submit accurate information and update Ntuthuko Biz when public listing or application information changes.

Ntuthuko Biz should request only the information reasonably needed for the relevant listing, verification, funding, investor, promotion, exhibition or support workflow.

Ntuthuko Biz should apply reasonable safeguards such as access controls, secure hosting, careful document handling and staff awareness as the platform develops.

Where service providers process information on behalf of Ntuthuko Biz, they should be required to handle information only for authorised purposes and with appropriate safeguards.

Users may request access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable, subject to verification and lawful retention needs.
