Introduction

Ntuthuko Biz Connect may charge fees for platform services such as listings, promotions, verification support, exhibitions, advertising or facilitation. These are different from investment or funding transfers between third parties.

Payments for Ntuthuko Biz services

Payments to Ntuthuko Biz may relate to business services, platform features, administrative review, promotional placements, events or other agreed services.

Payments for listings, promotions and features

Promoted listing fees, featured placement fees and campaign fees may increase visibility but do not guarantee enquiries, sales, contracts, funding or growth.

Verification or document review fees

If verification or document review fees are introduced, they should be described clearly before payment and should not be presented as official accreditation or guaranteed approval.

Exhibition or event-related fees

Exhibition fees may relate to stand space, event participation, promotion, sponsorship, administration or related event services.

Funding and investor opportunity fees

Future opportunity-related fees must be carefully structured and legally reviewed, especially if they relate to investor access, facilitation, success fees or regulated financial activity.

No investment payments processed through the website at this stage

Ntuthuko Biz Connect does not currently collect or transfer investment funds between investors and businesses through this website. Any funding, loan, equity, revenue-share or order-funding arrangement must be concluded through separate written agreements between the relevant parties.

No client funds held in trust unless future legal structure allows it

Ntuthuko Biz should not receive, hold, pool or transfer client investment funds unless a future legally reviewed structure permits it.

Third-party payment processors

If online service payments are introduced, third-party payment processors may be used. Their own terms, privacy and security practices may apply.

Invoices and proof of payment

Ntuthuko Biz may issue invoices or request proof of payment for platform service fees. Users should verify banking details before paying.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation rules should be explained in the relevant quote, invoice, package, event terms or service agreement.

Failed payments

Failed or reversed payments may delay service activation, listing publication, promotion, event participation or document review.

Payment disputes

Payment disputes should be raised with Ntuthuko Biz using the contact details below and, where applicable, with the relevant payment processor or bank.

Transfers between investors and businesses

Transfers between investors, funders and businesses are not processed through the website at this stage and must be handled directly between the relevant parties under separate agreements.

Separate written agreements

Any funding, loan, equity, revenue-share, order funding, partnership or sponsorship arrangement should be recorded in separate written agreements between the parties.

Fraud prevention

Users should be alert to impersonation, false payment requests, altered invoices and unrealistic funding promises. Ntuthuko Biz will never guarantee returns or repayment through a website listing.

Backend-ready payment separation

Future payment flows must distinguish Ntuthuko Biz service fees, promoted listing fees, verification fees, exhibition fees, investor membership fees, facilitation fees and third-party transfers between investors and businesses.
